ABOUT ME

In addition to working with MAC, I had the opportunity to work with Rusk and Babyliss Pro three years in a row at the Midwest Beauty Show. This event was such an incredible experience – it was exhilarating to work in such a fast-paced environment.

Working for MAC allowed me to focus on further developing my makeup skills and passion. I soon realized that my true joy was making brides and clients feel their absolute best on their wedding day or special occasion. I wanted to be a part of making their day truly special.

I quickly began specializing bridal makeup, which brings me to today.  I absolutely love what I do! Makeup is my art!  There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s eyes light up when they see their face for the first time after I have finished their makeup. I couldn’t imagine my life without this industry, because  it has truly changed my life.

I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and have loved every minute of it.  Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed of working in this industry. It wasn’t until I had my second child that I finally decided that this was something I needed to pursue. I put myself through school to get my license for nails and started my career at Mario Tricoci as a Nail Technician, Department Manager and Educator.  In 2005 I decided that I loved what I did so much that I would take it to another level and start a my own home business.  Over the past 13 years, I have personally serviced hundreds of clients with acrylic, manicures, pedicures, no chip manicures. I cater to private spa events, which include wedding day nails & makeup, prom events & other group activities. I personally engage with clients to build rapport, provide a relaxing spa experience which results in referral business.

Along with my dream of owning my business, my passion was always makeup. Going into a MAC or makeup store was like going into a candy store as a child. My desire was to make people feel more beautiful and confident in themselves. In 2007, I decided to apply at MAC and I got the job. I couldn’t have been more excited to work with such an amazing company along with the best of the best in the makeup industry.  I started as a freelance artist at MAC Oak brook, & Schaumburg, and after a year of experience I decided to accept a position as a MAC Artist at Nordstrom in Schaumburg and couldn’t have been happier working  with the best.
